Based on a mix of commercial premises/offices constructed in a traditional manner, 3 buildings will be erected with a wooden construction. One of the buildings will be for office space and the other will host 102 apartments, ranging from studios to 3-bedroom units, which will be designed to allow a high level of flexibility in terms of using the space to adapt to changing family needs.
