Based on a mix of commercial premises/offices constructed in a traditional manner, 4 buildings will be erected with a wooden construction. One of the buildings will be for office space and the other three will contain 96 apartments, ranging from studios to 4-bedroom units, which will be designed to allow a high level of flexibility in terms of using the space to adapt to changing family needs.
