BPI Real Estate has been a major real estate developer for more than 30 years, both on the Luxembourg market and abroad. We devise and build innovative real estate projects focused on sustainability, which meet the needs of our clients.
About
As a major real estate developer in Luxembourg, BPI Real Estate and its entire team are committed every day to revitalising and redesigning the cities of the future. They specifically do this by developing a real estate offer of residential properties which meet the expectations of the markets, of commercial premises which can be adapted to the new realities, of services which supplement a need in the municipality, and of office spaces which fully comply with the new ways of working (co-working spaces).
Priority given to sustainable development. All our development and construction activities are based on the criteria set out in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) developed by the United Nations. The carbon footprint is one of the key aspects in all the spaces we design.
Among the 17 UN SDGs, we have selected three priorities for our industrial sector. They are absolutely essential for us and we apply them specifically through our various constructions projects: clean and affordable energy (SDG 7), sustainable cities and communities (SDG 11), partnerships for achieving these objectives (SDG 17). Six other criteria are also frequently applied, depending on the context.
