The “Domaine de l’Europe” estate, located at the heart of the Kiem district, comprises 5 high-quality residential blocks laid out around a fully landscaped green space. There are a total of 99 apartments distributed across different buildings, as well as 3 commercial units from 50 to 150 m2. The project came about as a result of a competition won by BPI and was organised by the Fond du Kirchberg with the aim of satisfying the demand for residential accommodation at a moderate cost.
